Chicken Manure Dewatering Machine

Feeding Hopper: This is the initial loading point where chicken manure is fed into the machine. It allows controlled and continuous feeding of the material.

Screw Press or Auger: The core component of the machine, it consists of a rotating screw or auger enclosed in a cylindrical screen or barrel. The screw or auger gradually pushes the chicken manure forward, applying pressure and separating the liquid and solid components.

Screen or Sieve: The cylindrical screen or sieve surrounds the screw press or auger. It is designed with small perforations or holes that allow the liquid to pass through while retaining the solid matter. The size of the perforations can vary based on the desired level of dewatering.

Liquid Outlet: As the chicken manure is processed by the screw press or auger, the liquid portion drains through the screen or sieve and collects in a separate chamber or container. There is typically an outlet or drainage system for easy removal of the liquid.

Solid Discharge Port: The dewatered solid components, with reduced moisture content, are pushed forward by the screw press or auger and discharged through a separate port. They can be collected and further utilized for composting or other purposes.
